Healing Retreat for ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Sufferers - Part 2
This week, led by Helen Warwick, is a follow up retreat for those who have already been on an ME healing retreat at Crowhurst. The week will involve a creative programme that looks at continuing our healing journey. Each morning there will be a themed talk that looks at ways of keeping on the right path for health and wholeness. There will be opportunity to explore the person you are, your needs and your purpose.
Each afternoon there will be an optional creative group exploring the morning's theme, time for one to one prayer ministry and for rest and refreshment. There will be times in the week for worship and Christian meditation and the opportunity to attend two healing services that are relayed to the lounge so participation can take place in a restful and quiet setting. The programme is flexible for those wanting more rest during the week.
The Centre caters for most dietary requirements and breakfast can be served in the bedrooms.
The retreat begins on Monday from 2.30pm with welcomes and introductions at 4.15pm. It concludes on Friday after lunch. Numbers taking part are limited to 15 to give plenty of opportunity for worthwhile sharing, space and rest.

About Helen Warwick (in her own words)
I am a former Occupational Therapist with training in Person-Centred Art Therapy, Counselling and Spiritual Direction. I am a Christian whom God has led on a healing journey through a chronic illness - ME/CFS. I am now completely better and my passion is to help others with their journey through life using a creative approach. I run a ministry that includes spiritual accompaniment, seeing people on a one to one basis, running courses and guided retreats. I have written a book 'Creating Gardens in the Desert' to help others in their suffering, based on tools I have found in my healing journey.
