Discovering my shape and envisioning my future

Who am I and what should I be doing with my life? Knowing the answer to these questions brings peace, purpose and power. In order to discover this we have to explore aspects of ourselves by looking at our SHAPE:

S - Spiritual gifts
H - Heartbeat (passion.)
A - Abilities
P - Personality
E - Experience of life.

The teaching sessions during the weekend will explore these five areas so that over the weekend we will develop a greater of understanding of ourselves, the purpose for our lives and discover the SHAPE God has created us to be.

This retreat also provides a time away in a relaxed and informal atmosphere of comfort and peace to restore and renew us in body, mind and spirit. It begins on Thursday with welcomes and introductions at 3.45pm but you are welcome to arrive any time after 2.00pm. It concludes on Monday morning, followed by lunch.

During the weekend there is time to explore the gardens and grounds or to go for a walk in the surrounding countryside. There is a fully-equipped art room for you to enjoy and the lounge and library also provide comfortable places for your own relaxation.

Numbers taking part will be limited to about fifteen to give plenty of opportunity for personal space and worthwhile sharing. Should you feel the need to pray with someone during your time here about any issue on your heart or mind, members of our experienced ministry team are always on hand for confidential and personal prayer ministry.
